Can you believe we’re only just halfway through the year and TJC have already been to two award ceremonies to celebrate our position in the jewellery industry!
Last week Friday, Amit, Faye and Tara, headed to leicester to represent TJC for the annual British Indian Awards.
The British Indian Awards, now in its fourth year, are a celebration to the commitment and hard work of those in the Indian community who have excelled in various fields and have contributed to a better society.
The prestigious black tie ceremony recognises a wide range of achievements, hard work and the significant role that British Indian’s have in society, paying attention to business, community, media, education and much more.
Yasmin Mahmood, Operations Director of event organizers Oceanic Consulting even comments saying, “The awards have been a platform to many British Indians who are continuously at the top of their chosen fields. Our aim is to ensure their hard work does not go un-noticed.”
The evening comprised of a drinks reception, followed by a five course dinner, eclectic entertainment, speeches and then the award ceremony itself.

We are pleased to announce that TJC won Indian Business in the UK 2016!
Up against 6 other finalists, TJC was nominated by the general public and won this category after being recognised for being an Indian owned businesses that now has a considerable presence in the UK market.
Amit gave a lovely speech and honoured our teams, Sunil and customers and highlighted our outstanding One for One charitable contributions – OVER 5 MILLION and counting!
